Assesses the issues, initiatives, mechanisms and structures in poverty, gender, and environment mainstreaming in the local government units (LGUs) of the five area alliances of the ARMM. Todo-Unlad Cluster for Area Sustainable Development (TUCLAS). Illana Bay Regional Alliance (IBRA), Lanao Lake Area Management Alliance (LLAMA), Tawi-Tawi Alliance of Local Authorities (TALA), and Metro Julu Area Development Alliance (MJDA). A total of thirty-seven municipal government units from the five area alliances under the Local Government Support Program (LGSP) are included in this assessment study.
