The article is concerned with the arts of Sulu, their forms, variety and distribution. In addition, it also suggest certain cultural, historical and ethnographic interpretations for some of the objects. Included here are artworks found in gravemarkers, boat carvings, metal working, mat weaving, pottery and other minor arts. Ninety-one photo plates of sample artworks are found in this article.
