Covering four component of HELE: Home Economics, Industrial Arts, Elementary Agriculture and Retail Trade, this study is an appraisal of HELE instruction in Dipolog City Division during the school year 1987-88. A normative-descriptive survey data are gathered using a self-made questionnaire, supplemented with interviews and observations of the fifty respondents all teachers of HELE from grades V to VI.
