An analysis of the twenty-five-item achievement test of thirty-seven UP college Students in Psychology of Adolescence that points out areas of improvement. It provides an appraisal of the functional effectiveness of the test items, a means of detecting technical defects. It also provides the teacher with a basis for identifying instructional weaknesses and the learning difficulties of the students or the class as a whole for planning of suitable remedial programs.
