The study focuses on the evaluation of the Real Property Tax Administration System in Koronadal, South Cotabato from 1977-1991. Findings reveal that the RPTA System implementation in all its operations (Tax Mapping, Tax Assessment, Tax Records Management or Tax Collections and System Maintenance) was attained or completed very effectively.
