The study discusses the results of the assessment of the effectiveness of population education as given to couples who are still planning to enter married life, the overall programs on pre-marriage counseling of the City Health Office and the Catholic Parish, and the relationship between the pre-marriage seminar and the knowledge, attitude and practice of family planning among program clients.
