This aims at ascertaining the performance and the effectiveness of the Maranding River Irrigation System in Lanao del Norte province calendar year 2001 covering the municipalities of Sapad, Lala, and Kapatagan. The focus of the study includes institutional development, productivity systems development, enterprise development and infrastructure development. It assesses the different programs and projects implemented by the Maranding River Irrigation System and identified the problems, issues concern encountered in the implementation of the programs and projects.
