The present organization and administration and the guidance services rendered by the guidance offices in the Central Isulan District are effective, for the reason that all school administrators and class advisers are aware of their guidance program to be implemented and its main objective. Besides, there is a full time district guidance counselor who monitors regularly the implementation of the guidance program of the district. Its physical facilities are accessible to the clientele as rated by all respondents.
