Results of the study show that intercropping of selected annual crops like mungbean, peanut, soybean and corn did not affect the stem diameter, number of primary, secondary and tertiary branches within the ninety-seven days cropping period. However, it was noted that the height of mango trees gained a significant increment when intercropped with corn (fifty-two cm) and mungbean (forty-two cm), which were due to the tall height of corn and the additional soil nutrient contributed by the mungbean.
