Determines the relation of the current style of administrative leadership and human relation vis a vis the desired administrative leadership style of the respondents of the colleges of DOFIM (Diocese of Dipolog, Archdiocese of Ozamiz, Diocese of Pagadian, Diocese of Iligan and Prelature of Marawi) which could provide some information relevant to the description of the current operation and internal ordering of the school organization as human enterprise.
