Using the indicators on professionalism, supervisory capability, leadership style and public relation, the study finds out that there is a high level of acceptability of the administrators in Maguindanao Division. These variables are also found to be significantly related to the job satisfaction of the teachers. It is further noted that a typical teacher in Maguindanao Division is highly satisfied on his/her job.
