The educational programs offered by the Catholic Schools in Sulu in general, and Tawi-Tawi in particular is traced and evaluated to determine the influence of Christianity in the area. The geographical and cultural setting of Tawi-Tawi is described, and the influence of Notre Dame College in the socioeconomic and religious life of the Muslims is evaluated. It also includes a recording of observations on the folkways, lifestyle, religious beliefs and practices of the Muslims.
