Assesses the profile of the Master of Arts graduates and their perceptions as to the extent their MA degrees helped them in their present positions and problems they encountered in their jobs. This study involving 109 respondents from Agusan Colleges from 1975 to 1990 show that the MA course of such respondents really help them in functioning better in their current positions in terms of planning, managing resources, problem solving and leadership factors.
