Reviews and analyzes the historical performance of Southern Baptist College, with special focus on the human resources, operations and financial aspects of the institutions. It also analyzes the strengths, the problems and threats that confronted the schools, and the prospects for growth of the institutions. Based on the analyses made, the researcher formulates feasible and relevant strategies to enhance the effectiveness and competitiveness of SBC in the following areas: Human resources, Operations, and Finances.
