The human resource strategy is one of the strategies proposed to increase the percentage of passing of students in the CPA Examination. Specialization among accounting teachers would lessen the problem on poor instructional methodologies and ineffective teachers. Marketing strategies are also designed and proposed to solve the problem on the decreasing percentage of students passing the CPA Examination.
