The survey is limited to nine engineering schools in the cities of Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Marawi, and Ozamis to determine the knowledge and skills that the students learned in tensile testing, performance of the adapted tensile testing apparatus and to identify the problems encountered by instructors in its use. The researcher also determines the steps involved in developing and technique used in designing the adapted apparatus.
