The study is about the conflict of professionals of MSU-IIT Iligan City. It deals with the role of professionals in the workplace and their various differences referred to as conflict, and preference structures on the various issues such as management relationship with employees, psychological condition, interpersonal relationships, opportunity for growth and advancement, work environment, adequacy of communication, participation, involvement and compensation.
