Based on thorough and careful analysis of the environmental and institutional conditions of the school a five-year development plan is formulated. This practicum paper determines the: 1) strengths and weaknesses of Stella Matutina Academy in Kibawe, Bukidnon in the areas of: a) enrolment, b) instruction, c) faculty, d) academic, student, and institutional support, and d) physical plant resources, and 2) plans and strategies that should be formulated to reinforce its strengths and correct its weaknesses in the areas mentioned.
