This paper formulates a five-year development plan for the school from school year 1986-1987 to school year 1990-91. This is based on a comprehensive analysis of its strengths and weaknesses in the areas of: enrolment, faculty, instruction, academic support, student services, and institutional support. Plans to reinforce the strengths and remedy its weaknesses in the identified areas are also looked into. A descriptive method is used and data from the minutes of the faculty meetings, school records, as well as books, journals and periodicals are taken as sources of data. It is concluded that there are more weaknesses than strengths and corresponding recommendations are made.
