A five-year development plan for the school that focuses in the areas of faculty, instruction, library, laboratories, physical plant, guidance and student services, and administration. It is formulated according to the financial capabilities and resources of the institution, the need of the students and the community, and the need of the faculty staff and the school administrators. Programs for development, strengths and weaknesses are identified and an operating budget is projected.
