This is an analytical comparison of points of differences between English and Maguindanao verbs. The basic differences of verbs in two dialects are presented, and their implications for language teaching are drawn. Included in the appendix is an extensive list of English sentences with translations in Maguindanao. In view of the limitations of his works, the author recommends that further research be done on the Maguindanao verbs, especially in relation to articles or particles, or ligatures. Study of other parts of speech of the Maguindanao language is also recommended.
