Examines two farming technologies- the conventional and the people-based. The former refers to the farming technology advanced by the Green Revolution Paradigm. The latter refers to the farming technology that uses traditional/detoxified seeds, integrated soil fertility management, ecological pest management and diversified and integrated farming system.
