A terminal report collecting baseline data on family planning, maternal and child health care, and nutrition to be used in formulating the LPP Multi-Year Comprehensive. Performance level of the city in contraceptive prevalence rate, tetanus toxoid , fully immunized child and vitamin A coverages, iodized salt awareness and usage, and diarrhea control are determined.
