Abstract:

Project Development Objectives:

The objectives are: (a) to provide and/or improve sustained access to social and economic infrastructure and services by the poor and conflict-affected poor communities; (b) to provide capacity-building for women, youth and other community groups for improving food security, employment opportunities and household incomes; (c) to strengthen social cohesion and partnerships between and within communities in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM); and (d) to improve local governance and institutional capacities for implementation with a focus on transparency and accountability in the allocation and management of public resources by the participating communities, local government units and the ARMM Regional Government.
