Abstract:

Further to the clarification made under "Expertise Requirements and Qualifications" of Bid Bulletin No. 2 relative to the adding, combining and/or splitting of positions / expertise requirements, consulting firms shall only be allowed to combine a maximum of two (2) positions / expertise requirements.
