Abstract:
This will further build up the region as a major producer and exporter of marine and aquaculture products including high value crops with the Zambo Ecozone remaining to serve as the only free port in Mindanao and gateway to the rest of the world. This will bring about an accelerated and sustained development that will raise productivity in the industry and service sectors and ensure broad - based employment, increased food supply in agriculture and better delivery of poverty reduction measures.
