Abstract:
The NBI-NPS SIT probed all possible leads and exhausted all avenues to discharge its unenviable task of conducting a thorough, in-depth and comprehensive investigation to uncover the truth surrounding the Mamasapano incident. Each piece of relevant evidence was carefully assessed and judiciously weighed, each witness was patiently heard, to ensure that the narrative, findings and conclusions of this second report are credible and could withstand all manner of scrutiny.
