Abstract:
This Manual presents the guidelines and procedures for the disclosure and protection of market information by the IMEM Operator and the electronic information exchange between the IMEM Operator , the Mindanao System Operator and IMEM Members as set out in the Interim Mindanao Electricity Market (IMEM) Rules .
