Abstract:
However, negative factors continue to plague the agribusiness sub-sector , hindering it from achieving its potential in becoming a key contributor to economic growth. According to a World Bank study entitled Private Investments in Mindanao, these negative factors include poor land policy, poor governance, poor regulatory framework, inconsistent/non - implementation of policies, and corruption.
