Abstract:
The Growth with Equity in Mindanao (GEM) Program implements a wide range of activities throughout Mindanao, with a special focus on the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) and other Conflict Affected Areas of Mindanao (CAAM). GEM is in its third iteration, with GEM 3 being implemented over a five-year period (2008 – 2013) with a total life of project cost of $148 million.
