Abstract:
The following national security cases are presently being expeditiously prosecuted by the DOJ pursuant to the President's directive of a legal offensive against terrorism and criminality:
Apprehension of former ARMM Chairman Nur Misuari, who led a failed rebellion by MNLF sympathizers in Mindanao through the joint efforts of the DOJ and DFA in coordination with the Malaysian authorities.
