Abstract:
If the IMEM Operator or the Mindanao System Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of the IMEM Rules and/or this Manual has been committed by an IMEM Member , the IMEM Operator or the Mindanao System Operator shall submit a report of the alleged breach to the IMEM Governance Committee through the Enforcement and Compliance Office in accordance with the procedures set forth in the IMEM Manual on Investigation Procedure.
