Abstract:
With the immense challenge of managing the country’s agriculture and fishery sector put on his shoulders by President Benigno Aquino III, Agriculture Secretary designate Proceso J. Alcala stressed the need for strong co-operation among DA family of officials and staff to regain the country’s grandeur through agricultural modernization.
