Abstract:
Logistical and technical support to enhance Coalition Against Corruption projects through: (1) conducting a trainer’s training for bids and awards committee observers on medicine monitoring, internal revenue allotment watch, and the pork barrel watch; (2) publishing a volunteer’s handbook to guide monitoring and training of new volunteers; (3) developing cost benchmarks for textbooks, medicines, and roads; and (4) continuing development and maintenance of the Transparent Accountable Governance (TAG) .
